GB Energy has awarded the subsea front-end engineering design for the Golden Beach Gas Field to Atteris Pty Ltd. The Field is located within the Gippsland Basin, approximately 3 km offshore from the Ninety Mile Beach in Eastern Victoria.

The engineering and design work includes undertaking flow assurance studies together with the preliminary design of subsea equipment, tie-in spools, a submarine pipeline and controls umbilical to shore, and the shore crossing.

The engineering design scope fits very well with Atteris’ core engineering expertise. The company is well suited to deliver the engineering design for small to medium sized projects, given its broad suite of expertise, streamlined organisation and its efficient ISO 9001 certified business management system. With its flexibility and the professionalism of its people Atteris has consistently delivered for its clients and is even growing, despite external interruptions such as COVID-19.
