The following terms and conditions apply to any order from any Oil and Gas Innovation^® product:

1.) The publisher will not be held responsible for any claim arising as a result of business information supplied as part of this order.
2.) The Laws of England shall govern the rights and obligations of the parties of this contract.
3.) Payment terms are strictly upon presentation of invoice
4.) Orders can only be cancelled if the publisher gives written permission. The advertiser will be liable for 50% of the cost of the booking if cancellation occurs more than 14 days after booking date. This represents a cancellation fee.
5.) Printed terms and conditions on any additional document issued by the advertiser will not be recognized as binding.
6.) Emery Hill Media Limited reserves the right to charge a 10% late fee for any payment that is not settled within the agreed terms between the two parties.
