The PSC was signed by Mr. Mohamed Firouz Asnan (4^th left), Senior Vice President, Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM), PETRONAS; Mr. Piya Sukhumpanumet (2^nd right), Executive Vice President, Geosciences, Subsurface, and Exploration Group, PTTEP; Mr. Nirandorn Rojanasomsith (3^rd right), Executive Vice President, Production Asset Group, PTTEP; Mr. Muhammad Zamri Jusoh (2^nd left), Chief Executive Officer, SapuraOMV Upstream; Mr. Shahriman Johan Noor (far left), General Counsel of Malaysia Petroleum Management, PETRONAS; and Mr. Solphiee Salmat (far right), Head Legal & Compliance, SapuraOMV Upstream (Malaysia). The ceremony was organized in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

PTTEP, through its subsidiary, PTTEP HKO, and its partner, SapuraOMV, have been awarded the exploration Block SB412 by PETRONAS. This award is an outcome of the partnership’s successful bidding in the Malaysia Bid Round (MBR) 2021 that was hosted by the Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM), PETRONAS, and is aligned with PTTEP’s investment strategy, driving growth in strategic focus areas and reinforcing the company’s presence in Malaysia.
